The Private Practice
Suzanne McGregor
I welcome you to my private office, in a quiet setting, and offer you body-based, somato-emotional practices, and self-introspection through guided imagery and dream interpretation.
Tissue osteopathy

Tissue osteopathy is an approach with gentle mobilizations.
For a release and rebalancing of fascial, musculoskeletal, visceral, neuro-hormonal, emotional and energetic structures.
Reasons for consultation include headaches, bruxism, neck pain, lower back pain, upper back pain, sciatica, stomach aches, pain of emotional origin, trauma...
Chi Nei Tsang

Chi Nei Tsang massage originates from the ancient Taoist tradition, which considers the abdomen the seat of our emotions. Chi Nei Tsang focuses on the body's internal organs (colon, intestines, liver, gallbladder, spleen, pancreas, stomach, lungs, heart, bladder, and kidneys). The practice involves a dynamic and deep manipulation of the abdomen, working on acupressure points, combined with the client's breathing. This helps the body's internal organs function more easily, as they are freed from tension and emotional burdens that may or may not reach conscious awareness. The practice aims to restore harmony to our energy flow (Qi) for greater balance between body and mind, to release stress and anxiety, and to relieve digestive disorders as well as referred pain in the back, shoulders, and neck.
Osteopathic Cupping

Cupping will be applied using the dry method with a flame, but without bleeding. The various positions may involve the upper and lower limbs, pelvis, back, and neck. The points chosen will be located near tendons, ligaments, muscles, and joints.
The effects observed following Osteopathic Cupping are joint lightness and deep relaxation.
Sophrology

Certified Sophrologist from the Michèle Freud school, I have integrated the body approach of sophrology into group yoga and sound bath practice, moreover know that sophrology draws part of its origins from Eastern yogic and meditative traditions.
In my private office adjoining the center, I offer individual consultations in sophrology with the practice of guided imagery and dream interpretation, with the aim of better understanding oneself through introspection and work on the mind and the unconscious.
Magnetism

Magnetism uses the fluid also called Prana in yoga, Ki in Japanese (hence Reiki); it's the same energy, only the ritual differs. In magnetism, we use our hands and broad, slow movements directed towards the person and their energy. The intention is to release negative energies, restore a healthy energy flow, and harmonize the chakras. You may experience internal states ranging from simple physical relaxation to an intense and profound meditative experience with visions and sensations.
Sound therapy

Since the dawn of time, sound has been used to soothe the soul, to bring about an altered state of consciousness; the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and rainsticks soothe the mind, body, emotions, and energies, and accompany the release of physical, emotional, and energetic blockages.
