The Pilates method practiced regularly provides positive effects on your body, including improving range of motion and flexibility by working on the different tissues, increasing muscular strength and endurance, strengthening the deep muscles and decompressing the intervertebral discs, activating the diaphragm when inhaling, improving balance and postural control. The magic of Pilates on your mind, reducing stress and providing a feeling of well-being, improving concentration, mood and quality of sleep, becoming aware of your body and increasing confidence in your abilities. Pilates is a real asset for body and mind.

Book online, cancelation or rescheduling must be done 3h prior to the class to get the credit back. You can also book last minute providing the class is on and spots available You can share your pass & book several spots
