Service Description

As a certified Sophrologist trained at the Michèle Freud school, I have integrated the body-centered approach of sophrology into my group yoga and sound bath practices. It's also worth noting that sophrology draws some of its origins from Eastern yogic and meditative traditions. In my private practice adjacent to the center, I offer individual sophrology consultations incorporating guided imagery and dream interpretation, with the aim of fostering self-awareness through introspection and working with the mind and unconscious.
