The Sound Bath

In a Sound Bath we use several instruments, crystal bowls are carefully placed creating a circular or linear shape, the solar gong radiates by itself in the room, suspended chimes invite you to travel, the rainstick and many other instruments, by their appearance, arouse curiosity.

The very arrangement of the instruments is an artistic tableau, visually it's beautiful.

When the time comes, the first sound resonates in the room, to the ear it is beautiful, enveloping and hypnotic, in the body a multitude of sensations awaken, and we are off on a sonic, vibratory and dreamlike journey.
