Service Description

Yoga Nidra, or "yoga of sleep," is a relaxing and restorative style of yoga. It helps reduce anxiety, alleviate symptoms of depression, and improve sleep quality. Three-quarters of an hour of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to two hours of deep sleep. Yoga Nidra is a specific form of guided meditation that aims to achieve deep relaxation of the body and mind, in a soothing musical atmosphere, with the practice of visualization and guided imagery. A true act of self-care.

Please register in advance so the studio and teachers can organize themselves :) You have 6 hours notice to cancel. If the teacher cancels a class, you will be notified by EMAIL.
